- Your submission must be ready-to-print. Think of it as a press release.
- We do not edit your submission. It will be posted with the information you provide, right, wrong, or missing. The only thing we do is format your submission for our website.

- Date
- Time
- Location
- Cost
- Links! Especially to your website or where to buy your books.
- Author bio (50 words or less)
- Author photo (attachment)
- Flyer if you have one (attachment)
- Read your announcement from the POV of another member who is seeing it for the first time. Will it tell them everything they need to know?
